Before this was a brand session, it was a job on set with seven figure budgets and zero room for error.
Dionne invented Chemistry Coaching, a role that didn't exist before her, first used across major film and TV productions to get cast and crew working as one unit before a single frame is shot. She's done that work for BBC, Netflix, Warner Bros, Amazon and A24. From there the method travelled into music, live events, advertising and the boardroom, inside WACL and on the Cannes Lions stage, the biggest festival in global advertising. Nobody hands you rooms like that on a feeling. They hand them to you because the method works.
She founded KiD iN YOU, a workplace innovation consultancy that uses play to drive outcomes organisations actually measure: staff retention, DEI, team performance. Her creative network spans RADA, Arts Council England, British Council and more. She takes the mundane and turns it into a game, and that approach has been called revolutionary by the people who've felt it work.
From film sets to boardrooms to the Cannes Lions stage, Dionne kept noticing the same thing. The work only landed once someone found the pulse in the room, the real feeling underneath the brief. That's the skill she built her whole career on.
